I was lucky enough to be invited to a "media and partners" private party at Pinot's Palette, and I am so glad I was. I have been to a similar painting class, but let me tell you this BYOB establishment isn't your run of the mill group painting lesson.
Sure, the basis of Pinot's Palette is similar to others you have surely heard about, but a few things set them apart. First of all...the building is huge. About 45-50 people can fit into one painting party and still be comfortable. That makes it perfect for birthday parties, bachelorette parties, and it would be a great team building activity for work. They play fun, popular music throughout the duration of the lesson, and offer an "intermission" about halfway through. I personally appreciated this, because after half a bottle of wine, a girl's gonna need a bathroom break. Just sayin.
You don't need to be the world's greatest artist to participate at Pinot's Palette....in fact, if you've never even been in close proximity of a paint brush, you can still walk away with a masterpiece. The artists at Pinot's Palette truly cared about everybody having a great time. The answer to a stressful painting move is "Have another sip of wine and go for it!", which is my kind of motto. There was plenty of help walking around offering tips, encouragement, and praise as we slapped more paint on the canvas. I completely recommend trying this place out with a group of girlfriends on your next girl's night out, or bringing your boo for a fun date night!
